Kristin Milam has been in the Property Management business for over 12 years. Before moving to Huntsville, she managed a large portfolio of multi-family communities all over the state of Florida. An opportunity to manage another large portfolio of multi-family properties in Alabama and Mississippi brought Kristin to Huntsville. She fell in love with the city immediately and has made this her home ever since. 

Being an Ambassador for the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce for over 4 years, she enjoys working with clients that may be new to Huntsville or natives Huntsvillian's who are looking for the perfect location to find their new home. Kristin has served on the Board of Directors for the local Apartment Association of North Alabama for over 4 years and has also served on the state of Alabama Apartment Association Board of Directors. As an award winning Property Manager, Kristin has received awards such as Property Manager of the Year, Community Volunteer of the Year, Beautification Awards, as well as company awards for giving back to the community through exemplary service. 

In her free time, you will find Kristin at the farm with her horses as she is an avid animal lover. It is her dream someday to own a rescue ranch to save as many animals in need of homes as she can. She also loves photography and art and loves to try and see the beauty in everything.
